91³Ô¹ÏÍø uses Finalsite Enrollment, an online admissions system, to streamline the admissions process for families. . It is important for you to have a Finalsite account and submit the Inquiry form through Finalsite even if you are using the SAO or Gateway application.

The family portion of the application includes basic biographical information, a student application, and a parent/guardian statement. These forms should only be completed on one application platform (, , or ).

Applicants are required to submit an official score report from the SSAT or ISEE. We accept results from tests taken on or after June 2025, and we cannot consider results from tests taken after January 15, 2027.
If English is not your primary language, we also require you to submit results from an English language proficiency test. We accept the Test of English as a Foreign Language exam (TOEFL IBT or ITS), the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), or Duolingo. CA’s TOEFL code is 2255.
All applicants whose permanent residence is outside of the U.S. and/or who attend school outside of the U.S. will be asked to submit language proficiency testing. If your primary language is English or if you have attended an English-speaking school within the United States for the past three years, please email admissions@concordacademy.org to request a waiver of this requirement.

Applicants may submit supplemental materials for review by the appropriate department (athletic, visual art, and performing art) if they feel that it will enhance their application. Please note that most applicants do not include supplemental materials as part of their application, and supplemental materials do not necessarily strengthen an application. Admission Officers review applications holistically, and supplemental submissions are generally unnecessary. Applicants who choose to submit supplemental materials must do that through .

Supplemental materials or links submitted through other means (e.g., through email or on the SAO or Gateway application) cannot be reviewed.
In addition to our Finalsite application, CA also accepts applications from the application, as well as the (SAO)*. Applicants using the Gateway or SAO application do not need to complete the Finalsite application forms; however, regardless of which application you use, a Finalsite account and inquiry form is necessary.
*Applicants using the SAO should complete the CA supplemental form found on that application.
